Portland cement

Portland cement M-500 from PA "Turkmencement"

Portland cement 500 it is an excellent building material generally used for its excellent binding properties giving strength to structural elements. Cement is stronger under compressive load. Portland cement is used either in the form of cement mortar or cement concrete.

When Portland cement is mixed with required quantity of water and fine aggregate (sand) "cement mortar" is obtained and when cement is mixed with required quantity of water, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates (sand) "cement concrete" is obtained.

This comprehensive facility, one of the largest cement factories in Central Asia, includes raw and auxiliary material crushing units, storage and supply facility for auxiliary materials, a fully automatic weighing and dosing system, precooking and oven feeding systems, clinker cooler, two cement mills with an hourly capacity of 125 tons, four cement silos each with a capacity of 5,000 tons, a packaging facility, and a loading-unloading facility.

Baharly Cement Factory

The Bakharly Cement Plant in Akhal province was put into operation in 2005. This production is designed to produce 1,000,000 tons per year of high-quality portland cement of the brands M400 and M500. Raw materials are calcareous stone, clay, quartz sand, iron ore, gypsum.

All its production processes are automated, provided with the modern automation system and cleaning technology from the leading companies, which have turned plant into ecological industrial enterprises.

Kelete Cement Factory

The relocation of the Bezmein Cement Plant (1956) in the 2000’s to the village of Kelete, in fact, meant the second birth of the plant. And it is significant that it was immediately reflected in the increase in the quality of the cement brand. High quality limestone Kelete quarry and increased control of the laboratory service of the plant allowed producing cement of brands 400 and 500.

The first enterprise of the branch - Kelete Cement Plant - was put into operation in 2006. Its output capacity reported as 1,000,000 tons by the contractor as 686,310 tons of cement per year by local media.

The plant produces the most popular brands of cement in modern technology. This is portland cement of high strength of the brands M400 and M500, cement slurry used in the oil and gas industry and sulfate-resistant cement M400 used in hydraulic engineering structures. The necessary raw materials for this are mined in quarries located near the plant.
